These two very talented girls (2nd Class and 3rd Class) are members of the Dance Sport Federation of Ireland/ World Rock 'n' Roll Confederation and will be travelling to Boston next week to represent Ireland in the US Championships. Best of luck to everyone involved!

Each class teacher will send home notes about the venues, cost etc. 

These little chicks heard that the lamb had so much fun in R3, they insisted on visiting also!

On May 22nd, 3rd & 4th Class visited Millstreet Hospital and the Canon O' Donovan Centre to present the proceeds of their recent Bake Sale. €1200 was shared equally between Millstreet Hospital and the Canon O' Donovan Centre.

We sincerely thank both places for the warm welcome given to Mrs. Murphy, Mrs. O' Mahony and all the girl from 3rd &4th Class. 

We are delighted that our fundraising allows us to support such wonderful amenities in our local community. 

Congratulations to our school football team on their recent victory over Newmarket in the Duahllow Rural School 15-a-side Final. 
We were so proud and excited welcoming the team back to school on Friday after the match. 

Congratulations to 2nd Class pupils of Presentation N.S. and Scoil Mhuire B.N.S on receiving the Sacrament of the Eucharist on Saturday. 

A special word of thanks to all the pupils from 3rd- 6th for singing in our school choir during the ceremony.

2nd Class also performed some of their songs during the 11:30am Mass on Sunday and they did themselves, their families and our school very proud. 

The school year in Room 3 just would not be the same without the annual visit from Farmer John and his lamb. 

Best wishes to 2nd Class pupils of Presentation N.S. and Scoil Mhuire B.N.S who will receive the Sacrament of the Eucharist on Saturday. God Bless you all on this very special occasion.

We were delighted to welcome Greg Blake, a Bluegrass Musician from Western Virginia, to our school this morning. Greg performed a variety of songs and told us  a little bit about bluegrass music and his home in West Virginia. The children really enjoyed helping Greg to sing 'Country Roads' and 'Turkey in the Straw'.
