 Well done to the Cork Camogie team on their recent All-Ireland victory. We hope this winning streak continues on Sunday when the footballers take on Dublin in the TG4 All-Ireland Senior Ladies Final.
Photographers from the Quaid Gallery will be in school on October 12th to take individual and class photographs. Please ensure your child is wearing their full school uniform on this day! Our classrooms and school corridor greatly display just how busy we have been since school started three weeks ago.At the request of our Parents' Association, all pupils are requested to wear plain navy tracksuit bottoms, a plain navy jumper and a blue/ white polo shirt on their P.E. day.
Our girls have their first match of the year tomorrow. They will play St. Catherine's of Bishopstown at 12.15 in Millstreet Town Park. Best of luck girls!  HSE Consent Forms have been sent home to all in Junior and Senior Infants. Please return these forms by September 10th. We remind all parents to please inform the school if you find live lice in your child's hair. As our school is a Health Promoting School, we encourage our pupils to walk some or all of the way to school on the first Friday of each month (weather permitting). Please ensure you have paid the book loan and art & photocopying fees to the class teacher by Friday (4th). |
