Supporting Team Hope has become an annual tradition in our school and every year it amazes us just how generous our pupils and their families are. Your generosity and kindness will bring a smile to a less fortunate child this Christmas. 

If your wish to support this appeal, please follow the steps below and return your shoebox on November 9th. 

Grab a Shoe box
Or a plastic container would be great! Wrap the box and lid separately with Christmas paper Print Label (or use boy/girl sticker from leaflet) and choose who you want to give your Christmas Shoebox to and what age.

Fill the box
Get as creative as you like and have some fun with this ! – You can use our 4 W’s as a rough guide

Close the box
Include €4 in your leaflet envelope either on top of the gifts or taped to the inside of the lid. To make it easier you can
donate your €4 on our secure on-line site. With elastic band – please don’t seal with tape as we need to check contents to comply with regulations.

Drop it off to school.

2nd- 6th Class will travel to Cork Pops on November 8th. Please practise these songs at home.

Millstreet Parents' Association are compiling a school calendar (2018) to raise much needed funds for Presentation N.S. and Scoil Mhuire N.S.

Geraldine Dennehy will take class photographs of the children from both schools on October 25th. Please ensure you return the signed consent form to the class teacher. 


All children should be in full school uniform  (not P.E. tracksuit) for these photographs. 

Our school will be closed from October 30th - November 3rd inclusive.

Millstreet Parents' Association for Presentation N.S. and Scoil Mhuire N.S. will hold their annual church gate collection on November 25th (6:30pm Mass) and November 26th (11:30am Mass).

Your continued support is always greatly appreciated!  

In accordance with Department of Education guidelines regarding pre 'Status Red Weather Alert', our school will be closed tomorrow (16/10) for safety reasons. 

We encourage all our pupils to walk or cycle all or some of the journey to/from school on Friday*.

We will continue this health promoting initiative on the first Friday of each month*.
